Unlimited scans There are no limits on the number of QR-code scans . Your customers are free to scan your QR-code unlimited times.
Unlimited email notifications You will receive instant email notifications everytime a feedback is submitted. We use a reliable email system to make sure that all emails are delivered.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept paypal, apple pay and credit and debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) via Paddle.com, a secure payment processor.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you definitely can cancel your subscription at any time. You will still have access to all the features that you already paid for until the plan expiry date. Contact us at support@gratifya.com or through our live chat if you would like to cancel your subscription.

Will I be automatically charged at each billing cycle?

Yes, we automatically bill you and update your account umtil the next billing cycle. We will continue to bill you until you cancel your subscription.

Do you offer custom plans?

Yes we do. If you have more than 2 stores/locations and you need a separate QR-code for each store/location please contact us at support@gratifya.com or via our live chat.
