How To Setup A Private Feedback System Using Gratifya.com
Getting your feedback system up and running is a breeze! Here is a streamlined guide to help you set up, customize, and share your page.
1. Create Your Feedback Page

Log In: Sign in to your account using the email and password you used at signup.

Access Dashboard: From your account dashboard, click the Create Page button.

Add Details: Enter your business information to generate your unique feedback page.
2. Manage Your Page
Once created, your page will appear on your dashboard. Simply click on your Page Name to access these features:

Download QR Code: Get your unique code for physical placements.

View Feedback & Analytics: Monitor customer responses and performance data.

Settings: Edit your page details or delete the page if needed.

Direct Link: Your unique feedback URL is located right under your page name, perfect for digital sharing.
3. Design and Distribute
We’ve made it easy to get the word out to your customers:

Display Sign Designer: Use our built-in tool to create a custom sign with your QR code already embedded. Print these out for checkout desks, hotel rooms, or entryways.

Custom Integration: Download the standalone QR code to add to your receipts, product labels, hotel rooms, restaurant tables or marketing materials.
4. Reward Your Customers
To show your appreciation, you can enable the Reward Feature. This allows you to provide a coupon code at the end of the feedback process, thanking customers for their time and encouraging future business.
IMPORTANT: If you are going to print your qr-code on colored graphics make sure that you place a white border around your qr-code for a faster response after scanning.
