Getting Started

Firstly, you must add your business/store under your account. To do this login to your account with the email and password you used at signup and go to your account dashboard and then click on Create store button to add your business details.

After you have added your store head back to your dashboard and you will see your store listed there. Click on your store name and you will now be able to download your qr-code, view your feedbacks, edit your store settings, view store analytics and delete store.

Your store is assigned a unique link which is where people who scan your qr-code would go to submit feedbacks. You will see this link also on your dashboard just under your store name.

We provide a simple display sign designer where you can create your feedback sign with your qr-code already embeded. When you are ready you simply print your display sign and place it at checkout desks,  entry/exit doors, etc. You also have the option to download your qr-code and add it to your receipts, labels, etc.

Finally, we added a feature where you can add a coupon code at the end of the feedback process as a way for you to thank those who took the time to provide you feedback.

IMPORTANT: If you are going to print your qr-code on colored graphics make sure that you place a white border around your qr-code for a faster response after scanning.
